Connect with us at the WTO
On September 17th and 18th, 2025, Montrose Investment Holdings of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, will be present at the World Trade Organisation Public Forum, Geneva, Switzerland.

As one of the Caribbean’s only investment groups, we are dedicated to the future of the region and the communities who call its many islands and expansive oceans home.
Montrose Investment Holdings is proud to participate in the Forum as part of our commitment to advancing sustainable economic growth through trade.

We are pleased to showcase three transformative projects and invite your partnership in bringing them to life.

Argyle International Airport (AIA)
-
AIA is the passenger and freight trade gateway to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
-
The airport has seen expansive growth in 2025, with record-breaking passenger traffic, new routes from airlines including Delta and Virgin Atlantic, and government-led plans to expand operational capacity and enhance cargo handling facilities.
-
Montrose Investment Holdings welcomes expressions of interest from partners in the development of a private jet terminal and modern warehousing facilities.

Ottley Hall Marina and Shipyard
-
Ottley Hall Marina, port and shipyard regeneration is a public private partnership covering 38 acres.
-
It is estimated that 95% of all vessels pass through the bay en route to freight discharge, repair, or fueling destinations.
-
As trade in the region continues to increase, the Ottley Hall regeneration project represents an opportunity for economic growth, job creation and expansion of regional maritime networks.
-
Montrose Investment Holdings welcomes expressions of interest from partners in the regeneration of Ottley Hall's existing facilities including dry dock, marina, workshops, warehousing, culinary arts and hospitality school plus apartment complex.
OECS - UNLEASH THE BLUE ECONOMY
-
Montrose, through our subsidiary company, Private Refuse and Garbage Disposal (PRGD), Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, are proud recipients of the World Bank funded, Unleash the Blue Economy (UBEC) matching grant programme 2025 - 2026.
-
Each year, increasing Sargassum seaweed inflows pose a growing threat to the tourism and fisheries sectors across the region. Our winnning proposal "Sargassum Beach Clean-Up", will introduce a practical and efficient clean-up solution for affected beaches. Helping restore livelihoods, preserve natural beauty, and support resilient coastal economies.
-
Montrose Investment Holdings welcomes your interest in advancing our programme of work.
